Poinsett Plaza

Wayfinding/Placemaking on Downtown Landmark — Commercial | Greenville, S.C.

Poinsett Plaza is located at 104 South Main Street in the Downtown Greenville and has been an architectural icon for Main Street for years. The postmodern three-story building was originally constructed in 1937 and then in 1998 Hughes Investments added 10 floors and upgraded the space to a Class A Office building which features a total of 173,342 Sqft.

We were honored to design the new Poinsett identity and worked very closely to understand old and new architectural elements that would be reflective of the time period and inspiration for our designs. From typography down to finishes we designed and managed all wayfinding standards throughout the space.
