Corporate HR employee engagement campaign — Manufacturing | Greenville, S.C.
As a pioneer and, more importantly, a global benchmark in the luxury automotive industry, it’s no surprise that BMW would create a similar commitment in the relationship with their workforce.
They turned to Emanate to create a company-wide internal theme along with branding components for their first ever employee recognition program. The campaign, which we named “The Road to Excellence … Performance, Passion, and Pride,” was designed to acknowledge and award employees for efforts to improve themselves, their communities, and their workplaces while fostering gratitude and acknowledgment from senior management. In addition to naming the program, we created the branding and design elements, as well as oversaw all installation and production. Planning, development, and design were ongoing for a full year before implementing at BMW Manufacturing.
The program was so successful, BMW implemented many of its elements, including the tagline, in plants worldwide and the program became a model for many HR seminars around the country.
